| How much space do I need for a bouncy castle? | ||
| The required space depends on the unit you are hiring. Additional space is required around the inflatable for the fan, access and egress and to allow the inflatable to move. See our inflatables page for space required. | ||
| How can I pay? | ||
| Cash on delivery is preferred. We also accept Paypal (please ask for details) If you would prefer to pay by cheque, we must receive them 7 days prior to your hire date. | ||
| Do you require a deposit? | ||
| No we don't. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible should you wish to cancel your booking. | ||
| We have no electricity where we would like the inflatable positioned. Is this a problem? | ||
| No, we can provide a petrol generator (Outdoor hires only) for an additional charge. | ||
| Can we site the inflatable on concrete or tarmac? | ||
| For safety reasons, we don't allow our units to be hired on concrete or tarmac. | ||
| Is there an age limit for your inflatables? | ||
| Yes, each inflatable has its own maximum aged user. Please see our inflatables page for details of maximum aged users. | ||
| We don't live near Whitley Bay. Can we still hire from you? | ||
| Yes. We do deliver outside our area from time to time for weddings etc. Please contact us to discuss you requirements. | ||
